EFF update: Russian programmer to appear in court later

From the Electronic Frontier Foundation: The lead attorney for Dmitry Sklarov has just
advised us that the arraignment scheduled for Thursday
has been delayed until next week.

The Bunner court hearing will proceed as planned.
