Enhanced Cluster Tools for Linux

Sharka writes: “Enhanced Cluster Tools (ECT) for Linux is a set of additional tools for the enhancement of Cluster Systems Management (CSM). CSM includes features such as parallel installation, hardware control, configuration file management, event monitoring, and more that help make it easier for an administrator to set up and maintain clusters. ECT provides additional features such as an xCAT-to-CSM transitional tool and scripts for easily collecting data from service processors. Many of the scripts in ECT are early versions of tools that will eventually be merged into CSM in future releases. The new csm.ect 1.2.0 RPM includes the following commands: xcat2csm, rinv, rvitals, rsacron, and reventlog. There are various packages available for download.”
