Fire's effects ripple onto the Net

That fire sparked by a train derailment in a downtown Baltimore, MD tunnel on Wednesday forced the evacuation of a nearby baseball stadium, prompted authorities to urge local residents to avoid going outdoors, and is slowing down Internet traffic around the world.
