Founder of JBoss resigns from Red Hat

Red Hat is losing a key executive who joined the company last year as part of a major acquisition.

The Raleigh developer of open-source software said Marc Fleury is resigning immediately to pursue personal interests. Fleury is the founder of JBoss, a smaller rival that Red Hat bought for $350 million in June to expand its capability in the middleware arena. Middleware is computer software used to integrate various applications.
