IBM to spend $300 million more on Linux

IDG.net reports that an IBM official accounced at a Paris Linux show that IBM will invest another $300 million on Linux, in addition to the $1 billion it already has promised. The new investment would be for “global Linux support services.” LWN.net has the press release.
