The availability of MontaVista Linux Professional Edition enables designers utilizing the IDT RC32438 Interprise(TM) processor to customize the platform for their targeted applications by developing on MontaVista Linux which includes rich networking and hundreds of deployable utilities, libraries, drivers and other run-time components. This latest offering builds on the success of an earlier optimization of MontaVista Linux Professional Edition 2.1 to support the IDT 79S33x boards containing the IDT RC3233x Interprise(TM) processors.

IDT RC32438 Interprise(TM) Processor and Interprise(TM) Portfolio of Processors
The IDT RC32438 integrated communications processor is an industry-leading system-on-a-chip (SoC) solution designed to offer optimal price/performance for emerging embedded applications.
