The goal of this hands-on, instructor-led workshop is to provide attendees with an overview of the skills required to get the most out of Linux. Linux is the fastest growing OS in the world! It is being used in everything from mission critical supercomputers to cell phones.

The skills presented in this workshop will help you become comfortable at the Linux command line, which is key for System/Network Administrators, DBAs, IT Security and Operations professionals. Each attendee will have their own computer to work on and will receive a Fedora Core 6 DVD and printed course materials. Class size is limited to a maximum of 12 attendees.

The workshop is led by a RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) with more than 20 years of IT experience in a variety of roles that is truly excited by the growth and possibilities of Linux based computing.
