Ever since I can remember in my working career I have been ended up in charge of something. When I was a teenager working part time at a local pizza chain, they had all the paperwork ready for me to become a shift manager the day of my 18th birthday. The day I became of legal age, I was in charge.

I never thought then I would ever end up in a management position in the IT world. I always wanted to work in the computer field; at 12 or 13 years of age, I had already started writing programs in Basic on my VIC 20 and tearing apart devices to see how they worked. Of course, back then my only goal for IT was to simply work on computers.
