Borland today announced the release of Kylix Open Edition, a version of the company’s rapid application development software package optimized for building Open Source programs. Kylix Open Edition ships with CLX libraries under the GPL license, therfore, any applications that are built with a CLX library must make their sources freely available and distribute them under the terms of the GPL license.
