Chris writes “PublicTechnology.net reports today that the latest UK monthly update to the survey of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) from National Statistics shows that between August 2002 and August 2003 (statistics published 16th October) there was a 4.6 per cent increase in the number of subscriptions to the Internet in the UK. There was no month on month change between July and August 2003.”
