Vedran Vucic has heard the call and he has a mission. Vedran is the President of the Linux Centar in Belgrade (Centar is written in the Serbian language). We read about Vedran and his efforts through an article he published, Role of NGOs in Use and Design of Free Software in Developing Countries, for the TELFOR. TELFOR 2005 will be held in Belgrade, Serbia later this month.
