Lindows, the anti-Windows, turns out to be a lot of work

So I called Cheryl Schwartzman, the public relations director at Lindows.com’s San Diego headquarters, and she got the two top support people, Yvan Go and Evan Rutledge, on the phone. They all assured me that the problems I was describing were very unusual and that most people had no problems. (“I’ve never seen so many problems,” Schwartzman said), which, I pointed out, is exactly what Microsoft says when you call them about a problem with Windows.
