acquisition cost are some of the reasons that Linux is a good choice anywhere in the world, but particularly in developing countries.With SA part of
the developing world, Voaden says Linux is suited to local conditions. You have lots of priorities in terms of delivering services and there is a
limited amount of budget to do that, so Linux will enable more to be developed for the budget that is available.
