Linux NetworX to remain independent

From a press release at LWN.net: Linux NetworX, a leading provider of powerful
and easy-to-manage Linux cluster computing solutions, announced today it will
not be acquired by EBIZ Enterprises Incorporated (OTCBB: EBIZ). Regular business
functions will continue without interruption.
