Linux in Sao Paolo for computer skills teaching

Alan James Salmoni writes “The BBC is reporting that Linux is being used in Sao Paolo to teach computer skills to some of the poorest people. The initiative has been set up by the local authority, and uses the Linux OS as a low cost and capable system.”
