Anonymous Reader writes “A recent poll of 12 countries by IDC says that Windows currently holds a strong fifty percent in the server market of the Asia-Pacific area while Linux holds six percent. IDC has predicted that Linux will have a growth rate of twenty-four percent this year with Windows a six percent growth rate and UNIX a nine percent.”
