Linux users probably safe from SCO

JULY 21, 2004 (COMPUTERWORLD) – Linux users are probably safe for now from being successfully sued by SCO over licensing claims, Decatur Jones analyst Dion Cornett predicts in his Open Source Wall Street newsletter.

That’s after a Nevada judge granted AutoZone an indefinite “stay” (basically, an open-ended postponement) until SCO’s licensing suit against IBM is settled.
