Maddog sees computers everywhere

IDG.net reports on a talk by Linux evangelist Jon “maddog” Hall, who says Bill Gates is wrong when he sees the PC as the future, and Larry Ellison is wrong when he says the future is thin clients. Maddog sees computers going everywhere, with users taking advantage of all kinds of computers, including mobile devices that scan your refridgerator for what’s needed as you’re on the way to the grocery store.
