Mark Shuttleworth Notes Availability of Ubuntu 12.10 with OpenStack "Folsom"

And now, at this week's OpenStack Summit, Canonical founder Mark Shuttleworth announced the arrival of Ubuntu 12.10 with Folsom--the latest version of OpenStack.

Canonical has been touting the fact that several well-known companies are already running OpenStack/Ubuntu cloud deployments. And, in September the arrival of the Cloud Archive for Ubuntu LTS Server helped pave the way for Canonical to tie its whole server strategy to OpenStack development.
