The Melita Conversations Universal Server is now available on Red Hat’s
Linux Advanced Server operating on an HP Compaq platform. The Universal
Server is the heart of the Melita Conversations system, serving as the primary
data depository and record manager. It also controls all system communication
between the Mixed Media Server (telephony), Supervisors (Command Post) and
agent workstations.
