ZDNet reports that the Microsoft judge doesn’t like a proposal by the holdout states that an appointed “special master,” not the U.S. Department of Justice, would take future complaints about Microsoft monopolistic behavior. Gee, what has the Justice Department done to make the holdout states think it’d be soft on Micorsoft?
