Microsoft persists in blaming Judge Jackson of bias

CNN reports on the latest exchange between Microsoft and the US Department of Justice in court. Microsft believes Judge Jackson, who ordered the break up of Microsoft, was biased, but more importantly, the justices of the appeals court seem to agree.
