From the humor site, Segfault: "In resopnse to recent interviews with various proponents of the Open Source and Free Software
communities, Steve Ballmer, CEO of Microsoft announced the company's latest innovation in
software licensing: the Microsoft Shared Source Closed License.
'Our biggest problem with our Shared Source program is the negative reactions to the details of
the licensing restrictions,' stated Ballmer at a press confrence held this morning. 'So we've come
up with a solution: All future MS Shared Source community members will not be allowed to
discuss the source code they review, nor will they be allowed to discuss the actual language of the
licensing agreement.' "
