While the world was using Windows and a select few were using the Mac OS, this new operating system comes into the picture in a sly take it or leave it fashion. It wasn’t for everyone, and the technical competence that was required to even accomplish the most basic tasks proved to be too much for anyone that had a life away from the computer. Because of this, the OS drew a crowd composed of the geekiest geeks around, hackers, and other curious individuals who weren’t afraid of feeling like idiots.”
