“Finally, more info and some pictures of the new Sharp Zaurus have surfaced. The device has a clamshell design, like that of the Sony Palm devices, but opening at the side, rather than the top, like the Nokia 9290. There is a full keyboard, with dedicated number keys, that looks to still be sized for thumb-typing. The screen, at VGA(640×480), rotates 180 degrees to be placed flat against the keyboard, making the device appear and function as a typical PDA, with touch-screen, stylus, and the like.”
