Asa Dotzler writes “We’ve just released the second Mozilla 1.5 candidate build. We think this is it, and hope to ship a 1.5 final real soon. The Mozilla 1.5 release includes a spellchecker, feature improvements to Mail/News, Composer, and Chatzilla, usability improvements for tabbed browsing, improved performance, stability, standards support, and Web compatibility, and much more. Mozilla 1.5 will be our first release under the new Mozilla Foundation and we can use all the testing help we can get. Grab a build from the Mozilla Releases page and file any bugs you find at Bugzilla, the mozilla.org bug tracking system.”
