MS bug of the day: Using Microsoft Internet Explorer

MSNBC: “During the “Security Update, March 3, 2000” download from
the Microsoft Windows Update Product Catalog, this error may
have erupted: “Download and Installation Failed.” The error is
provoked if the version of Internet Explorer used for the
download didn’t have the High Encryption Pack installed.”
