MSNBC tells us that, according to Microsoft, Outlook Express 5.5 may not be able
to receive MSN e-mail messages if MSN Explorer 6 is installed
and running on a Windows 95-, 98-, 98SE-, 2000-, Me- or NT
4-based system. Outlook and Outlook Express versions affected
by this glitch, plus workaround options are posted to
