MS's Source Code Actions Speak Louder Than Words
Kelly McNeill writes "I think we can see just how sincere Microsoft was in its concern about protecting U.S. security. It seems that the "national security" angle was just a convenient ruse to avoid allowing competitors a leg up to compete on equal standing with Microsoft. Joe "Zonker" Brockmeier submitted the following editorial to osViews/osOpinion [broadcast by osRadio] which points out the holes in Microsoft's argument when it argued against releasing source code to competitors."
