Anonymous Reader writes “San Francisco, Calif. – May 15, 2006 – Signate, a leading provider of VoIP telephone solutions based on industry standard hardware and open source software, and myJabber, provider of the highest quality VoIP softphone and instant messaging software for PCs and hand held devices, today announced completion of interoperability testing between the myJabberAE softphone and Signate’s IP PBX and hosted PBX solutions. Signate will begin shipping template support for myJabberAE softphones with its SigEnterprise, SigProvider and SigCarrier software during the second quarter of 2006.

“Service provider customers have been asking us to recommend software to offer to their users,” said William Boehlke, Signate’s CEO. “Now our customers can easily provision the most popular softphone in the provider space because we’ve done the work for them,” he said.
