NetBSD-run toaster toasts bread at LinuxWorld

Anonymous Reader writes "The NetBSD booth at the LinuxWorld expo in San Francisco is exhibiting a computerized toaster that actually toasts bread and (of course) runs NetBSD. There is a Technologic Systems TS-7200 embedded computer mounted in the free space inside the toaster that is controlling the burner element, magnetic latch, front-panel LEDs, and other internal toaster peripherals. Also there is a 4x40 line LCD, USB-keyboard, and 10/100 ethernet port in the back."
