NewsFactor Network writes: “As has been widely reported, AOL’s Netscape subsidiary has filed suit against Microsoft in federal court. However, the Conclusions of Law issued nearly two years ago would have allowed Netscape to take legal action sooner. It makes me wonder whether the late timing of this case was an afterthought, or if it was planned to get maximum results from a judge who is analyzing all the information and is expected to make a final ruling soon.”
