New GPL trouble ticket system

Anonymous Reader writes: "OTRS is a new but amazing Trouble Ticket System (TTN). I tried a couple of different TTNs but this one is the best. It is web based (even works with w3m and lynx) and handles all the tickets in a MySQL database (Postgres is possible too). We tested it with 5,000 e-mails per day on an old pentium system and the load hasn't been higher than 0.4. Even with 42 concurrend agents (user who answer tickets). Looks like a german engineered piece of software."
