New MA Governor Proposes New – and Smaller – IT Bond Bill

Yesterday, the new MA governor proposed his first funding bill – including a fraction of the financing that would have been provided by the bond bill Peter Quinn resigned to protect, and over which Louis Qutierrez resigned in protest, after the 2006 legislature failed to act.”
