Barely weeks after its launch, Barnes & NobleâÃÃ´s Android-based Nook e-reader has been hacked and âÃÃ²rootedâÃÃ´ (root, or full system access, has been obtained). A loose team of hackers reported the work on their wiki, Nook Devs.
