My boss suggested it and as schools have enough to worry about, we certainly weren’t going to charge them for our time or expertise — that wouldn’t be right. I spent three or four days auditing the school’s setup, going through designs and seeing what the staff wanted, because it became apparent during the initial meetings that they didn’t know what they wanted and were waiting for someone to tell them.”
