Optus paying for approximately 270,000 phanton users

Australian IT reports that Australian cable company Optus may be paying for some 270,000 phantom users thanks to a contract with Hollywood companies making it pay for a mimimum of 500,000 viewers, when the company only has some 230,000 subscribers.
