The Register has an update on an earlier story on the apparent second demise of the Open Relay Behavior Modification System (ORBS). Alan Brown told The Register he was “unable to talk about anything,” regarding the ORBS closure. The disappearance of ORBS, however, coincided with his sale of ISP Manawatu Internet Services to Quicksilver, for an undisclosed sum. The ORBS service made headlines recently, following court orders to remove two different companies from the ORBS blacklist.
