The research group conducted the study between November 4th and November 11th, critical time around the U.S. presidential election, with around 2,200 adults. The study expects the margin of error to be around two percent.

The research also pointed out that reliance of news on the Internet has grown by six folds since 1996 around the Presidential election time.”
