Pepper supports syntax highlighting for many programming languages, it has advanced features like the “Accelerator Editor”, and it supports both SDI and MDI interfaces. Check a screenshot here. This first version of Pepper for Unix, has a limitation that requires the app to run only on 24bpp color under X11. The company said recently that they might build a Solaris binary soon as well.”
