Motorola’s Aspira third generation total communications solutions. This sale is expected to generate multi-million dollar annual revenues for PTI
over the next five years.
PTI and Motorola Computer Group will provide a highly reliable, integrated hardware and software wireless signaling gateway solution for
Motorola’s Global Telecom Solutions Sector. GTSS is developing Motorola’s core network architecture for its Aspira technology – an
IP-based total communications solution that combines voice, data and multi-media services delivered through interoperable networks, applications
and next-generation access devices. PTI will integrate its state-of-the-art MicroLegend SS7/IP distributed software architecture stack and
CompactPCI CPC380 network I/O access modules with MCG’s high-availability, Linux-based, CompactPCI CPX8216 hardware platform for
use in wireless systems being built for Motorola’s Aspira architecture.
