Chris Muench writes “PHP Point Of Sale 8.3 has been released and a few features have been added.
The new features are:
- Added 3 new reports! (Brand Report, Category Report, Tax Report)
- Added configuration option to choose if Row ID’s or Account/Item Numbers are used for scanning barcodes at the sale screen. (Fixes a bug if the Row ID is the same as the Item Number or Account Number.)
- Improved sale interface when using barcode mode. Now it is possible to find an item, if you don’t have a barcode or can’t scan it.
- No longer can change date of sale because it can cause a bug when calculating totals in reports.
