Chuck Talk writes “Imagine if you will that someone is invading your home and telling you not to worry while they rummage about your dresser, your desk, look through your financial reports and gather facts about your medical history of anything else that they can find. Imagine that they tell you that it is your fault if they gather information, not theirs, and there is little to no financial recourse against them for accessing your information. In fact, you can’t sue them or charge them with breaking and entering at all. That is the situation with the status qou, and it should enrage everyone.”
