Red Hat To Appoint GM for China Office

By March of 2004, Red Hat said it had earned US$123 million operating revenue from the global market. But a report issued by IDC said it pulled in less than $8 million in proceeds from the Chinese Linux market, showing that the region represents a small proportion of its total revenue.
