Red Hat violating GPL, says tech evangelist

Tech evangelist David McNett has written to the Free Software Foundation claiming that certain portions of the end user license agreement (EULA) that
accompany the Red Hat Advanced Server version of GNU/Linux “would appear to be at odds with the also included GNU General Public License.”
