Those of you who are studying for a A+ test or need a reference manual to have on your desk this is the book to have. This book gives out real world scenarios and hands on labs to handle each one. Even as a veteran I learned a few oh yeahs. James put in a lot of good links to help all skill levels get through each task. From adding a printer to finding out information on a motherboard it is all in the book. Very well written and informative. I highly recommended this book to all of my technicians on the helpdesk. This how to book is a very interactive source for studying for the A+ test. A very easy read.”
