The investigation committee at the RF Ministry of the Interior considers the possibility to initiate a legal action against the IBM Company. The issue is of equipment procurement to the Russian Pension Fund in 2006. The company is charged with arranging a chain of front organizations and embezzlement of margins for the RF Pension Fund.
It should be recollected that in December 2006, when the first legal action on deliveries of computers to the RF Pension Fund was initiated, the investigation committee at the RF Ministry of the Interior stated it was investigating into embezzlement of 1 billion roubles.
