The Open Source Health Care Summit
The Open Source Health Care summit will focus on the use of open-source software in the health care industry. The goal of this event is to foster an awareness of the availability of open-source options to medical organizations, private practices, and hospitals. Women In Open Source
The goal of this event is to encourage women to use technology, open source and free software, and to explore the obstacles that women face in breaking into the technology industry. Both mini-conferences are on Friday February 9, 2007 at the Westin LAX hotel.

The Expo has arranged for an electronics recycling company to be at the Westin LAX during the Expo. Attendees will be able to dispose of electronic equipment for free on both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. in the Westin LAX parking lot.
