The Open Source Health Care Summit will focus on the use of open-source software in the health care industry. Among others, Scotte Shreeve, a co-founder of Medsphere Systems Corporation, will speak. Also on the Summit speaker list are Fred Trotter, the director of medical software for Uversa, and project manager for ClearHealth, and Shawn Bellina, the CTO of the Comprehensive Cancer Institute. Both mini-conferences will be held February 9th, at the Westin LAX hotel, the day prior to SCALE.
