SCO follow-up 19 December letter to Linux user

Anonymous Reader writes “A recipient of SCO’s infamous 19 December Linux ABI letter, has revealed the follow up letter that his firm recently received from SCO. SCO’s follow up repeats the allegation of unspecified copyright violations in Linux, and ends up by proposing a meeting (in capital letters, Nigerian letter style) to “propose solutions that will be agreeable and economically feasible for you”. SCO’s letter ends with a threat (also largely capitalized) “If you fail to respond to our efforts to pursue a licensing arrangement, we will turn your name over to our outside counsel for consideration of legal action”.

The recipient’s response can be seen here.”
